Erie Plating Company (EPCO) - Strategic Business Plan

Assisted team with creating and implementing 2018-2020 strategic business plan to build upon its successes and re-establish market share. Directives and goals included mapping current customers and soliciting similar new customers within EPCO’s national footprint; obtaining veteran-owned business designation through NaVOBA and leverage certification to obtain new commercial and military contracts; revamping website to capture new customer data and educate current customers of EPCO’s full spectrum of services; enhancing quality control and track metrics to assist with customer retention and ISO/Nadcap re-certifications; develop CRM system to track sales metrics; restructure HR department and create employee incentives to improve retention.
