After several months of in-depth research, we mapped out a three-phase plan to develop an IVR system and custom mobile app for AGMG. The project included, but was not limited to, creating a coded database of AGMG’s customers, service locations and subcontractors; setup of a cloud-based dashboard for the IVR/mobile app system; solicit and assist in development of the IVR system that was then integrated into the mobile app through separate development; testing of the system; launch and ongoing management.
